Reservations
When
you call Super Sitters, a dispatcher will book your reservation. This person is
trained and able to best match individual sitters to guests, especially those
with special requirements and/or special needs. A dispatcher is available to take
reservations between the hours of 8:00am and 7:00pm, 7 days a week. Regular business
hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday. Our sitters are available to
work any shift, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We are able to accept short notice
reservations subject to availability. However, it is best to book your reservation
in advance to ensure sitter availability. A
dispatcher will call and confirm each booking and for extra security, will let
you know your sitters name. Your sitter will arrive with their photo I.D. badge
for verification. Your sitter will check in with the front desk upon arrival to
the hotel and will be directed by hotel personnel to your room. The sitter will
fill out a detailed information sheet with the parents in order to document their
specific requests and needs. Your sitter will also bring activities for the children
such as games, videos and books. You can request that a sitter take your child
to participate in activities on the hotel property such as swimming, taking the
child to the play area and participating in any activities organized by the hotel. For

In
order to best serve our clientele Super Sitters always complies with the standards
of each hotel. We are always open to suggestions and comments to further improve
our services. We want to assure complete satisfaction to all of our customers.
